Our goods can be shipped to the European Union and other key countries.

Shipping method
Our goods are stored in two different warehouses, one located in the European Union (Poland) and the other in China. Different products may be shipped from different warehouses, as indicated on the product page. You can also contact us for confirmation.

Shipping method: DPD/DHL/Deutsche Post (Poland warehouse), EU Transport Line (Chinese warehouse).

Delivery time
The delivery timeframe for the order is divided into two parts:
Working hours and shipping time: Monday to Friday.
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Shipping from the Polish warehouse
EU delivery time: 4-7 business days
Germany delivery time: 3-7 business days
Shipping from the Chinese warehouse
European Union: 7-15 business days
Other important countries: 7-15 business days

  • Processing time will be extended in case of late payment.
    Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Expedited Service: If you need to receive your order as quickly as possible due to unforeseen circumstances, you can email us at sale@noeifevo.de to request expedited service. Depending on the situation, we will arrange shipping a few days in advance for you. This service is free of charge.

  • noeifevo pays for all tariffs. Our customers do not have to pay any tariff fees. If you are charged customs fees, please contact us for assistance or a refund.
  • We collect GST according to the local regulations of your shipping location, and you can view the details of your order. After completing your order, you will not need to pay GST to customs or local authorities. If you are charged GST by customs or local authorities, please contact us for assistance or a refund.

 

Order Tracking:

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to verify your order details.

As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your order number, express details, and package tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your order via email.

Changes to the order, refunds, mediation updates, etc., will also be communicated to you in real time via email.

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. Please provide us with your correct shipping address.

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you would like to change your shipping address, please send us an email at (sale@noeifevo.de) within 48 hours after purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.

Note:

If there is any level of force that causes damage to our product during transport, please contact us immediately at sale@noeifevo.de, after you have received your package. And we hope to earn your understanding and patience under these circumstances.

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you provided in the contact information on the checkout page or the email address associated with your account registration. We are not responsible for any risks or losses caused if the email address you provided is invalid or not in use.

If you change your mind halfway, please do not simply refuse the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation.sale@noeifevo.de), and we will handle the return for you according to our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package resulting from refusal.
Please contact us at sale@noeifevo.de within 7 days after the delivery date suggested by the official tracking system of the logistics company, if you do not receive the order, we will not be held responsible on this occasion.
